STAF Document Upload Form
Applicants to the Summer Teaching Assistant Fellowship (STAF) may use this form to upload their new or revised proposal, self-assessment, and CV. The form only accepts PDF files that are under 2 MBs in size. As a verification check applicants must enter their UNH ID and their STAF confirmation number. You may upload one to three documents at the same time. You may upload revisions to already submitted documents as often as needed up until the deadline. If you upload multiple versions only the most recent copy of each will be kept.
IMPORTANT: In addition to uploading your proposal, self-assessment, and CV here, you will also need to send a copy to each of your recommenders.
MAC Users: When creating a PDF file on a MAC you need to make sure that the file is saved with a ".pdf" extension (i.e. my_proposal.pdf) as the upload process checks for that extension. This option is often found under the "Save as…" dialogue window when saving a document.
