Registration
General Information
Please check with the Registrar's Office for the most current registration dates, deadlines and course registration information. For overall registration policy please refer to the information provided below. Registration information and the Time and Room Schedule is available on the Web at the Registrar's Office. The Time & Room Search Tool allows quick course searches to meet scheduling and program needs. Should you need to late add/drop a course, or file a petition you can download those forms from our forms page.
Online Registration
All registration is done online through each student's MyUNH Account. If you need help on how to use your MyUNH Account you can review our instructions or contact the UNH Help Desk directly at (603) 862-4242. Should you have problems with the actual registration process please contact the Registrar's Office directly at (603) 862-1500 or visit their online web registration instructions page.
Registration Policy
For the most update regulations and policy relating to registration please visit the registration section of our catalog. Deadlines and dates specific for the current semester can be found on our calendar.
New & Returning Students
If you are a new student you will not be able to register until you have officially accepted your offer of admission. New graduate students are expected to register by the end of the first week of classes. Returning students are expected to register prior to the first day of classes.
Payment is due by the first day of classes or at the time of registration if that occurs after the first day of classes.
Continuous Registration
Unless a leave of absence is granted, graduate students are required to maintain continuous enrollment each semester of the academic year until their degree is formally awarded by registering for course credits, research or continuing enrollment. Nonregistration Policy
Policy and regulations relating to nonregistration, leave of absence, withdrawal, administrative separation for reasons of health-related behavoirs, readmission and change in degree may be found in the nonregistration policy section of our catalog.
Important Information on Withdrawals
If you wish to withdraw you must contact Dovev Levine at the graduate school requesting a withdrawal form. The effective date for withdrawal normally begins on the day the graduate school office first receives your request for the withdrawal form. Visit the nonregistration policy section of our catalog for complete details on withdrawal policies.
Remember ...
- If you are a new student, have you accepted your offer of admission with the graduate school? You will not be able to register until you do.
- If you are a returning student you are expected to register by the first day of classes.
- Doctoral students who have reached candidacy must register for Doctoral Research (999)
