Certificate (PBACC) Application Instructions Please note that these instructions are only for applicants to one of our Certificate programs. If you are interested in applying to a full graduate degree program please go here. The Graduate School offers a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate (PBACC) degree in a variety of programs. There are two ways to apply to the PBACC program; either taking the degree as your primary degree or taking it as a secondary degree while already enrolled as a graduate student in another program. PRIMARY DEGREE: If this will be your primary degree then you can download the Certificate Application Form in PDF format or pick one up at our office. Complete the printed form and then submit it along with any required documents, directly to the Graduate School Office. Complete details for submitting the application can be found below. SECONDARY DEGREE: If this will be your secondary degree then please use the secondary degree application form and submit it to our office, Attention Cindy Glidden, along with the required documents and signatures from your current department - complete instructions will be on the form. Note that this form is only if you will be working on two degrees at the same time - your current primary degree as well as a certificate degree as your secondary degree. If you plan on graduating in your primary before starting the PBACC program then use the standard Certificate Application Form. Instructions for Applying to a Certificate (PBACC) as a Primary Degree Before applying it is advised that you check with your department to confirm deadlines, open application periods, and any special requirements (resume, additional essay questions, etc) that may be needed. You can also review our Certificate Programs of Study page for further information. All certificate application material must be submitted directly to the UNH Graduate School office in Thompson Hall either by mail, or in person. (Do NOT send any materials directly to the department) Please be sure to include your name on all documents submitted. All application materials become the property of the University of New Hampshire and will NOT be returned, duplicated, or forwarded to a third party.
