Awards

There are many types of awards given out to graduate students, ranging from Dissertation Year Fellowships to the prestigious Fulbright Scholarships.  The Graduate School also gives out awards designed to recognize and honor student research, scholarship and creativity.

Summer Teaching Assistants Fellowship (STAF)

The Graduate School is pleased to announce the the Summer Teaching Assistants Fellowship Award Recipients. These fellowships are intended to support research or study during the summer for individuals who have held a TA position during the 2011-2012 academic year, and have performed exceptionally well as a TA and as a student. A committee of graduate faculty representing the colleges/schools of the University evaluated the applications and made their recommendations for the awards.

Dissertation Year Fellowships (DYF)

The UNH Graduate School is pleased to announce the fifteen award recipients of the Dissertation Fellowships for the 2012 - 2013 academic year. The purpose of these fellowships is to recognize and support outstanding UNH doctoral students in the final year of their Ph.D. programs. A committee of graduate faculty representing the colleges/schools of the University evaluated the applications and made their recommendations for the awards. 

Fulbright Scholarships

Fulbright Scholarship logoTwo graduate students from the University of New Hampshire have received prestigious Fulbright Scholarships that will provide them support to conduct research abroad during the 2010-2011 academic year.

Graduate Research Conference Awards

At the 2010 Graduate Research Conference a variety of awards were given out.  They included the Dissertation Year Fellowship recipients, Graduate Student Teaching Award, the Research/Scholarship/Creativity Award, and the Graduate Faculty Mentor Award.
