Only preapplications entered online are in this database.  If you did not submit your preapplication online then please contact the department that you submitted your preapplication to directly to check on its status.

Preapplication Search Form

This form is used to search the Graduate School Mail Database to look up any International Preapplication requests that were submitted using the online form*. The form searches by first and last name, and will display the material requested along with the request and, if applicable, the sent date of the item. If you do not find the person you felt should be listed please try a variety of spellings and first and last name arrangements before contacting our office for more information.

When this script searches the fields, they are searched with wildcards automatically - meaning you can enter just part of someone's name to search on if you are not sure of the spelling on the entire name. Thus if you search for the last name of "Wilkins" any of the following would work: "Wil", "lkin", or "Wilkins"

If you still cannot find someone you felt should be on the database then please contact our office at and include any details on the person you are looking for including name, items requested and address.
