Event Registration Form

 

The Graduate School often sponsors various workshops, seminars and other events for the benefit of our students.  This form is used to register for these events online. Visit our News, Announcements, and Events web page for upcoming events.

 

Please sign up for any event, seminar, workshops and/or luncheons using the form below. Should you wish to cancel, or have made a mistake in your registration, please email the graduate school with any changes or questions. Please be sure to include your name and which events you signed up for.  If you have problems with this form please try again after a short wait as that usually resolves any issue.  Otherwise just email the graduate school with all the registration information and we will register you manually.

 

PFF/PFP Event Information

 

For the PFF Luncheon events please indicate your food preference from options provided. Some of the PFP events also offer dinner afterwards at Holloway Commons (Hoco). If you think you would like to attend the dinner please indicate in the comments section of the form.
