International Support Services

UNH offers a variety of student support services and organizations aimed at assisting international students. Please visit the sites below for further information on what UNH has to offer. Office of International Students and Scholars
The OISS promotes international education at the University by facilitating the enrollment and employment of foreign nationals and by providing them with essential support services.

Black Student Union
The Black Student Union is a community that is based on campus as a access for students who want to be educated about diversity and participate in political issues that occur at the University. This organization is formed with a strong group of students who are motivated to get their voices heard to reach out to the community of New Hampshire. For more information, contact Dovev Levine.

Brazilian Student Organization
Mission: To promote the Brazilian culture and the Portuguese language in the University of New Hampshire and to fortify the relationship between the UNH and Brazilian universities in order to make UNH the number one destination of Brazilian exchange students. Chinese Student and Scholar Association
Our Mission: To Unify all the Chinese people at UNH for a friendly and harmonious community, To Propagate China's history and culture to offer much learning about China, To Bond with other diverse cultures to consolidate friendship with brotherly organizations.  Visit us at http://www.unh.edu/cssa/

Hillel
Hillel provides the UNH community with a full array of Jewish services ranging from educational and social programs to religious observances. Hillel strives to offer programs for all Jewish students of all denominations. For more information, contact Dovev Levine.

Indian Student Association
Our purpose is to provide an opportunity for students from the Indian subcontinent to interact and share the joy of the culture and heritage, and to educate the other students, by bringing awareness. Our goal is to promote the awareness of cultural diversity on campus by organizing cultural and social events on campus and also to address the concerns of the Indian students. Mosaico
Mosiaco is a student organization that provides programs and information about Latino and Hispanic cultures. For more information, contact Dovev Levine.

Muslim Student Association
The Muslim Students Association at UNH is a close-knit and friendly community which serves to assist UNH Muslims in their practice of Islam and endeavors to improve and augment the University community's awareness and knowledge of the global religion of Islam and of the culture of the Islamic nations. President’s Commission on the Status of People of Color
The UNH President's Commission on the Status of People of Color proposes, recommends, and evaluates programs, policies, and services aimed at enhancing diversity and supporting people of color within the UNH community. The commission acts to ensure implementation of goals to increase campus diversity through minority student, faculty, and staff recruitment and retention, and through curriculum development.

President’s Commission on the Status of Women

United Asian Coalition
